This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website foryoubynema.com. Its purpose is to inform our customers about the methods, deadlines, and costs of shipping our Products.
Since our Products are handmade objects, the total time elapsed between receipt of the order and the customer's reception is composed of the Processing Time (Manufacturing/Handling) and the Delivery Time (Shipping/Transport).
Processing Time
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the item, especially for handmade or custom products.
- Standard Lead Time: Orders are manufactured, prepared, and shipped within an indicative period of 10 to 15 working days after payment validation.
- Peak Periods: During high-demand periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), the processing time may be extended. We will inform you of any exceptional delay on the homepage or at the time of placing the order.
- Point of Non-Return: The Customer is informed that, in accordance with our Terms of Sale, the cancellation of an order is no longer possible once the manufacturing process has been launched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order and its destination.
The exact amount of shipping costs is displayed and included in the total amount to be paid upon validation of the order, on the checkout summary page.
Geographic Zones Delivery Times (Indicative)
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. We deliver to the following countries, classified by logistics zones. The times below are in business days, starting from the order's shipment date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Damaged Package: If the package arrives damaged, you must refuse the package or make precise reservations on the carrier's delivery receipt (e.g.: "crushed package, open, broken product"). Contact us immediately at contact@foryoubynema.com. For more information, please consult the Terms of sale.
- Address Error: Please check your delivery address carefully when placing the order. If the package is returned to us due to an address error on your part, the re-shipping costs will be your responsibility.
